THE DRAFT PROJECT

The Draft project is the second stage of the project process.

The list of drawings included in the draft design depends on the terms of reference and the complexity of the project, but usually it includes

• Floor plans of the premises
• Facades and color solutions
• 3D Visualization

A carefully executed draft project allows you to quickly develop a set of working project, determine estimated costs, and avoid construction and design errors, which means possible loss of time and money. In addition, you will have all the visual information as the appearance of the building, the internal layout, facades, interior design which will allow you to understand how the result will visually look and, if desired, make some changes.
