TECHNICAL SUPERVISION

Our company provides technical supervision services for construction.

The tasks of technical supervision include:

• Verification and examination of the package of permits for the production of construction and installation works from the customer and the developer in accordance with the legislation;
• Registration and accounting of construction projects;
• Expertise and technical supervision of project documentation at the design stage;
• Technical supervision (control) for compliance with the requirements of technical legal acts during construction;
• Technical supervision of the compliance of building materials, structures and products used with approved design solutions and certificates of conformity in order to ensure the safety of constructed facilities and their operational reliability;
• Control over the quality assurance of the construction works performed;
• Control of construction or reconstruction (repair) terms of objects;
• Regular monitoring of the construction process;
