CONCEPT PROJECT

The concept project (or pre-project study) is the initial and one of the most important stages of the implementation of any project. At this stage of preparation, we discuss with the Customer the following main tasks, on which depends the further possibility of implementing the project:

• Assessment of the possibility of construction/reconstruction of the object
• Identify potential problems and their solutions
• Development of a preliminary concept of the object and the surrounding area
• Project budget/ cost analysis and decision-making on project implementation
